An 80,000-SKU auto-parts catalog is hostile to casual browsing. Fitment depends on brand, model, generation and engine — a wrong bulb socket means a return. The store needed a guide that understands "Dacia Logan 2010, front right headlight bulb" and answers with the exact product, not ten category pages.
ReluAI is a WordPress plugin built for the store: a lightweight chat widget backed by a product search engine, a vehicle fitment database (bulbs, batteries, oil per brand, model and generation) and a curated answer base. It installs like any plugin and works alongside any theme.
Every message follows the same path: the assistant understands the question in context, searches the store catalog two ways at once, then formulates the answer with an AI model — with an automatic backup model if the first one is unavailable. Product cards always come from the store's own catalog: the AI recommends, the listing proves. The most common questions are answered instantly from the curated knowledge base.
